We relied totally upon them and booked instantly. We were given a hotel named Akshaya which was neat and clean. ACs, WIFI were working fine. Food was moderate and a little bit costlier. The hotel were near to station, but being tourist we needed a hotel near to the beach. What I found later is that I could have get a sea nearby hotel at the price i paid. They showed us their packages and we chose Tour One (Bhimli, Rusikonda, Ramanaidu Studio, Tenethi Park, Kailashgiri, Visakhapattanam Urban Development Authority Park=2nd day), Tour Three( Yarada Beach, Dolphin's Hill, Light House, Simachalan Temple=4rd day) and Araku Valley and Borrah Cave in 3rd day. The whole package's costing was 11400.00 including toll and parking. Our driver Mr. Rajesh Khanna was a very dear, amiable and always smiling loving person. He gave me enough time to enjoy the places. We missed only Visakha Museum. However, throuout the way he drived very carefully. He did not even smoke! He also showed us a waterfall on the way to Araku. The scenic beauty of the ghati road was awesome. The owner of travel company was very co operative. I recommend each and everyone to contact them if you are planing to visit Visakhapattam. Thank you. Next time in January 2019 we again visited Visakhapattanam. After exchanging emails with Get SET Tours over a period of time... I found that They increased their early offered prices overnight and blamed it on customer which is unprofessional and horrible. Secondly, the prices they quoted for airport pick up , city tour and araku day trip was twice and thrice respectively compared to a "not so hyped" travel service in the city. I would advise to all the future travelers to look for trip options only once you reach the city ( plenty of them are available). I strongly feel...that the company runs a very poor customer service and management.
