Is your cab rate per cab or per person?

As per number of passengers or cab type rates differ.

What are the different types of cabs available with you?

Hatchback, Sedan, MUV, SUV, Maxi Cabs & Buses.

How Many people can occupy a cab?

As per the cab selected seating is specified.

Do you offer special rates for groups?

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed.

Does the rate include all expenses?

Please go through terms & conditions or as itinerary proposed which differ from person to person as inclusions and exclusions.

What is the permissible time of usage?

For every type of hire the time and limitations of use are specified if any extra usage will be charged to hire.

Do you allow any grace time?

Sorry we don't allow any grace time; all usage is calculated & charged.

Which type of vehicles do you cater?

We offer all types of vehicles i.e. A/c & non a/c, from 4 to 40 seating.

Are any special services included?

Any extras apart from those mentioned in itinerary or mutually agreed upon are chargeable.

Is wify service available on board?

Sorry wify service is not available, if needed chargeable.

Is there a safety locker available at the office?

Sorry we don't have locker facility you need to make your own arrangement.

Can I make booking online?

Sorry, but yes you can contact us through mail and receive a booking confirmation from us.

Can we make payment online?

Yes we accept online payment.

What is a Booking Voucher?

Once your booking has been made with us you will receive a confirmation mail this can be saved for further communication or reference.

Do you have online booking system?

No we are shortly to implement online booking services.

I did not receive my confirmation mail?

Please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes your email might go there. If you still have no conformation please email us with details to gsgtravels@gmail.com

Whose name is the booking made under?

The booking is made under the guest name as defined in your mail request or phone. Please share your contact with us you are caring while travel and alternate number so that we can get in touch.

In case of postpone or propone our program?

Due to some unforeseen circumstances of postpone or propone of visit please communicate us by mail or call us this will help us to make necessary changes.

What's your Cancellation policy?

Once we have confirmed your booking, we will need 3 clear day (72hrs) written advance notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given, we will charge your credit card/Advance Amount in full. You may contact us by phone, online. In all email exchanges, please make sure that the subject line is included of your message. During peak season 100% retention is charged.

Can you arrange Airport, Railway Station Pick Ups?

Yes, we will be happy to assist you with Airport & Railway Station Transfers charges apply, please contact us if needed.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment all major cards i.e. Visa, MasterCard & Maestros. Online payment gateway PayUmoney.

Do you provide a/c on ghat road?

Sorry we don't provide running a/c on ghat roads.

Do you provide standby a/c?

Sorry we don't entertain standby a/c for more than 5 min.

Can you ask driver to over speed as getting delayed to catch our flight, Rail or Bus?

Extremely sorry car will take to your destination on time at specified speed limit; if you wish to reach on time please leave with ample time in hand, we will not entertain any over speeding.

Is smoking allowed in Vehicle?

Sorry smoking is not allowed in vehicles if you wish to smoke our driver will hold on standby for a while.

What if there is a breakdown somewhere during journey?

Dear guest please bear with us and allow the driver some time to attend to it and get it fixed.

Can you arrange some refreshments on long drives?

Yes we can, please let us know your requirements so that we can check if it is available, it will be chargeable extra.

Are we allowed to carry alcoholic beverages?

Sorry we don't entertain the same.

Are we allowed to carry inflammable articles?

For safety of our passengers we don't allow inflammables articles.

Can your driver speak Hindi or English?

They are only fluent in native language and express best in body language.
