Tours & Travels Programs

The following are the Terms and Conditions which imply to all bookings made on this website or in person with our office. We kindly ask you to take a moment to read them in prior making a booking with us.

The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for with various partners in and across Indian states. So bookings made for the hotels / Cars / Bus Services and third party service i.e. booking Air, Bus and Rail Ticketing, Sightseeing, City Tours via channel partners comply with some policies framed.


  • "YOU" means the person or persons in whose name and / or whose behalf the Booking is made. Alternatively, the reference may be made in the THIRD PERSON as "Tour Participant"/ "They" / "Client" / "Them" / "His" / "Her".
  • "WE"/"US"/"COMPANY" means Get Set Go Travels.
  • "INFANT" / "CHILD" mean respectively a person below the age of two years and a person more than the age of two and below the age of twelve years.
  • "CONTRACTOR" / "SUPPLIER" means supplier of any infrastructural facility and shall include hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc shipping company, railway, ferry, cruise, coach who are to provide the services to the Client.
  • "WEBSITE" means www.getsetgotravels.in
  • "WEB PAGES" means pages on the Website www.getsetgotravels.in
  • PERSONAL INFORMATION: Telephone calls may be recorded from time to time to help us improve the service we offer you.
  • PETS: No pets are allowed at the Hotel / Vehicles and public places please abide by it.
  • "PACKAGE COST" means the Package cost mentioned in the quotations and other payments such as taxes, surcharges etc payable by the client to the Company
  • "CANCELLATION POLICY" means and includes all the cancellation charges levied by the Company from time to time, third party cancellation charges etc. as more particularly described herein below or any other documents.
  • "TERMS & CONDITIONS" means these terms and conditions and includes the How to Book Rules, Booking Form, Web Pages, Brochure, Price Grid, Itinerary, Promotion Booklet and other documents as may be notified from time to time"
  • "VISA" means a Certificate issued or a stamp marked (on the applicant's passport) by the immigration authorities of a country to indicate that the applicant's credentials have been verified and he or she has been granted permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a specified period. (Note: The Company does not have any role to play for issuance / rejection of Visas other than being a facilitator).
  • DAMAGE - We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred by your to room / vehicles or any other services provided (including without limitation specialist cleaning or repair) any damage that is intentional or for any items that are missing when you leave.
  • FORCE MAJEURE - The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
  • "GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION" means the geographical area over which a court or government body has the power and right to exercise authority. Parties here to agree to confer exclusive Jurisdiction to Visakhapatnam Court, Andhra Pradesh. In the event of any disputes relating to the terms of this license, all such disputes shall be referred to an Arbitrator and the Arbitration shall be at Visakhapatnam and in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • "WE" The Company reserves the right to decline to register any person / s for any tour or to cancel their registration without assigning any reason.

Vehicle Hire

 

  • Time & mileage is calculated from our office.
  • Half an hour or more will be calculated as one hour.
  • Toll taxes, parking, entry fees, interstate permit, and border taxes to be borne by hirer. The same will not be included in kilometer charges.
  • Ghat road charges will be extra.
  • Minimum 300kms or whichever is higher will be taken as chargeable kms per day.
  • Dropping kms will be calculated both sides (up-down).
  • Night halt charges applicable after 22:00 hrs & before 06:00hrs accordingly.
  • All taxes will be extra on total bill.
  • The above rates are subject to fuel prices remain constant.
  • Tariff is subjected to change without prior notice.
  • Peak season tariff may vary 15 to 20% on the said tariff.
  • If the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left from the office cancellation charges will be applicable depending on the type of vehicle hired.
  • M/s. Get Set Go Travels is not responsible for non supply of vehicles due to strike and other unforeseen reasons beyond our control.
  • Any inconvenience caused to hirer due to mechanical or complete breakdown under any unforeseen circumstances etc, we will replace vehicle in reasonable time.
  • Tariff specified for Airport Pick-up and drop is valid only within the city limits, any further will be charged extra.
  • All disputes are subject to Visakhapatnam Jurisdiction only.

 

Kind Request : Before leaving the vehicle, please check your belongings properly. Management is not responsible for any claims later.

Hotel Booking Terms

A. Booking


  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of Hotel / Resort booking by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • Before making payment, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the term and condition.
  • You warrant that all details submitted during booking procedure is correct and you accept for financial responsibility for every transactions made under your name or account.
  • All cheques (Banks which are operating in India) in payment of bills must be crossed "A/C Payee only" and drawn in favour of "Get Set Go Travels".
  • To hold booking on confirm basis 50% payment should be made at the time of booking, balance payment should made by as per rules of that particular hotel in which booking has been made.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  • Every hotel has different Child policy, children accommodation will be provided, according to respected / selected hotel policy. Children accommodation policy will be sent to your email at the time of quotation.


B. Check In


  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter Card, Ration Card & Passport (We would also require a copy of the first two pages and last two pages of your passport which show the date of your passport, place and date of issue and expiry Mandatory in case of Foreign Tourist / NRI). Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • In case suitable proof of identification is not presented at check in, the accommodation can be declined to guests posing as a couple. Get Set Go Travels will not be responsible for any check in declined by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason and shall not be able to process any refund.
  • General check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charge you extra for it as per the hotel policy. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy.
  • Interconnecting rooms / Adjoining rooms / non-smoking rooms / rooms on the same floor etc, are subject to availability.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses / optional services and facilities like room service, laundry, mini bar, snacks, telephone calls or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.


C. Amendments / Cancellations


  • Every hotel has a different Amendments /Cancellations policy, amendments / cancellation of booking shall be according to the respected hotel policy. Please read the hotel policy before booking.
  • Amendments /Cancellations of booking can only be made by Get Set Go Travels. The hotel cannot modify your booking or process refunds for bookings made at the special Get Set Go Travels rates.
  • For any Amendments /Cancellations regarding booking please contact us through e-mail.
  • If the booking is cancelled, the refund amount due will be processed to your bank within 72 hours. Sometimes the concerned bank may take longer before the credit is reflected in your account.
  • Refund will be issued in the name of the person in whose favor the receipt was issued.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque or NEFT/RTGS only.

Flight Booking Terms

A. Booking


  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of Flight booking by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • Before making payment, you agree that you have checked Flight Number, Flight Scheduled, Flight Timing and agree that you have read, understood and accepted the term and condition.
  • You agree that all details submitted during booking procedure is correct and you accept for financial responsibility for every transactions made under your name or account.
  • Flight tickets cancelation charges vary as per the cancellation and refund policy of the particular airlines. Therefore, before booking tickets, understand the terms and conditions of airlines.
  • User should refer airline T&C before booking/Travel to avoid any confusion and/or Dispute afterwards.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All cheques (Banks which are operating in India) in payment of bills must be crossed "A/C Payee only" and drawn in favour of "Get Set Go Travels".
  • For conformed booking you should made Full payment as advance payment including all charges.
  • Seat allocation is a matter of airlines discretion and availability of seats which is not in the control of "Get Set Go Travels". Hence we Get Set Go Travels shall not be held responsible if you do not get seats together or do not get your preferred seats.
  • Get Set Go Travels shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to you due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure). Any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in flights due to sickness, weather conditions, war, threat of war, strikes, rebellions, disturbances, unrest, curfew or any other cause whatsoever shall be borne entirely by you and Get Set Go Travels shall not be liable for the same


B. Check In


  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • We recommend customers to reconfirm their flight schedule timings 24 Hrs prior to departure to avoid inconvenience which could be caused due to last minute schedule change made by the airlines.


C. Amendments / Cancellations


  • To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our mail for refunds.
  • Apart from the airline's cancellation charges, Get Set Go Travels charge ` 300/- per passenger/per sector for domestic and ` 800/- per passenger/per sector for international air tickets towards cancellation charges.
  • In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our cancellation charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancelation request.
  • Flight tickets cancelation charges vary as per the cancellation and refund policy of the particular airlines. Therefore, before booking tickets, understand the terms and conditions of airlines.
  • In case of special fares and other specific situations, fares are non-refundable.
  • All amendments come at Airline fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this Airline fee, Get Set Go Travels charges an amendment charge of ` 200 per passenger per sector. Get Set Go Travels will collect these charges from the User when it makes the change in the travel plans. Get Set Go Travels will also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

D. Refund


  • Get Set Go Travels will be able to transact customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.
  • The refund shall be processed within 15 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.
  • If User has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Get Set Go Travels with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Get Set Go Travels within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Any later would require the User to send a scanned copy of your E-Ticket endorsed by the airlines to Get Set Go Travels.
  • Refund will be issued in the name of the person in whose favor the receipt was issued.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque or NEFT/RTGS only.

Holiday Package

A. Booking


  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • The rates /prices of the holiday packages are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
  • Before making payment, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the term and condition.
  • You warrant that all details submitted during booking procedure is correct and you accept for financial responsibility for every transactions made under your name or account.
  • All cheques (Banks which are operating in India) in payment of bills must be crossed "A/C Payee only" and drawn in favour of "Get Set Go Travels".
  • To hold booking on confirm basis 50% payment should be made at the time of booking, balance payment should made before 20 days of journey started.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  • You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines of the tour and of the contractors / service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc.
  • You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors / service providers such as hotels, airlines etc.
  • Every hotel has different Child policy, children accommodation will be provided, according to respected / selected hotel policy. Children accommodation policy will be sent to your email at the time of quotation.
  • Get Set Go Travels shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to you due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure). Any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in bus / flights / ships / trains or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, war, threat of war, strikes, rebellions, disturbances, unrest, curfew or any other cause whatsoever, shall be borne entirely by you and we shall not be liable for the same.


B. Amendments / Cancellations


  • Cancellations done prior to the 45 days or more of the date of departure, no retention will be applicable accept transaction charges if payment made by Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Cancellations done between 44 to 30 days of the date of departure, 25% retention will be applicable on full amount of Package and transaction charges if payment made by Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Cancellations done between 29 to 20 days of the date of departure, 50% retention will be applicable on full amount of Package and transaction charges if payment made by Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Cancellations done between 19 to 15 days of the date of departure, 75% retention will be applicable on full amount of Package and transaction charges if payment made by Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Cancellations done between Less than15 days of the date of departure, 100% retention will be applicable on full amount of Package and transaction charges if payment made by Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Amendments /Cancellations of booking can only be made by Get Set Go Travels only.

  • No Refund will be entertained for Unutilized Services - It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services. This general rule applies to all kinds of non-utilization or under-utilization of tour services, whether of the whole or part of the tour and whether as a matter of your choice, or caused by your fault or compelled by circumstances such as ill-health, weather, external factors etc. As a consequence of the above rule, please note that no refund will be admissible in the following circumstances (amongst others). There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. There will be no refund if you fail to or are unable to utilize any of the services on the tour like airline travel, hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever such as late reporting, ill-health etc.

Bus Booking

Get Set Go Travels is only a bus ticket agent. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and service providers. Get Set Go Travels advice to customers is to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.



A. Get Set Go Travels : Responsibility Includes


  • Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its' network of bus operator's.
  • Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
  • Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience.


B. Get Set Go Travels : Responsibility Do NOT Includes


  • If buses of the bus operators do not depart from the station or arrive at the station on time.
  • The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
  • The bus operator's employees being rude.
  • The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
  • The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
  • The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child or Senior Citizens.
  • The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
  • The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • The timings of bus arrivals and departures are as per the scheduled departure and arrival timings. However, the bus service provider may change the departure and arrival timings or the pickup locations, or the buses may get delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic jams.
  • Once a bus ticket is issued, it is non-transferable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there-under or to refund in connection therewith, Via.com or any of its travel partners shall not be liable to the person so entitled, if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket.
  • Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
    • I. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
    • II. Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  • In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason and agrees to refund the differential amount, Get Set Go Travels will refund the same to the customer upon being intimated by the bus operator or customer within 24 hours of the journey.
  • Cancellation Policy: Read the ticket cancellation policy carefully. Tickets will be cancelled as per the cancellation policy mentioned with the ticket.
  • Refund policy mentioned on the ticket is indicative. The actual cancellation charges are determined by bus operators and bus providers at the actual time of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare of the ticket. If any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, the discounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket is cancelled.
  • For any Amendments /Cancellations regarding booking please contact us through e-mail. Get Set Go Travels will charge Rs 40/- per ticket as a Get Set Go Travels service fee in case user cancels the booking.
